About
I am a psychotherapist in Advanced Relational Integrative Training. I believe that experiencing deep personal growth, awareness and self-containment is one of the most privileged journeys of one's life. Truly exploring who we are in this world is about embracing our ways of being in the here and now and accepting how they have been shaped by the things that we bring from our past. Things that we had to do to survive (often through generations!) to get to the place where we are now. I am a Hungarian expat living England. My ancestral baggage is loaded with the brutality of the post-war ethnic cleansing of the Germans living in Eastern Europe during the soviet era.
Importantly, I also believe in the power of relationships. There is courage and indeed healing in (re)connecting: connecting with the environment, with others, and ultimately, with the self.
In my therapy work I offer a non-judgemental, trauma-informed approach to therapy, respecting and appreciating the diversity that we all bring. I can help with issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress at work or in the home-life. As a young mom, I have an embodied experience of carrying and bringing a new life into the world, as well as caring for a baby whilst juggling other aspects of my life. As an amateur pianist, I am particularly interested in using creative tools to support my client's evolving awareness.
At present I see clients privately on-line and fee for a session reflects the fact that I am in training. I have limited face-to-face availability through a mental health charity in Hull.
If you feel that I may be able to help with a difficult life-situation, or if you just want to explore yourself a bit more, please contact me by completing the form below.
